I would really appreciate it if you could do your best to ensure that your dog is on time for their groom. I groom all dogs on a one to one basis and being just 10 minutes late can disrupt further appointments for that day. Unfortunately, this means that dogs arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, will need to be re-booked and a missed appointment fee of £15 will be payable BEFORE their next appointment.
When you drop your dog off, I will ask all new clients to complete a client consent form. This form enables me to keep detailed client records and the information you give also helps me to provide a tailor made, top quality service to each and every dog in my care. Upon subsequent visits you will be given an opportunity to advise me of any changes to the information I hold. I consider it your responsibility to be honest and keep me up to date. Your information will NEVER be disclosed to, or shared with any 3rd party.
On arrival, I will also carry out an initial coat check and we can discuss any specific skin or coat conditions that may need special attention.
We can also discuss how you would like the cut to be completed and I will happily advise you on your choice.
Collection Time
I would appreciate it if you could collect your dog promptly when they are finished because again, being just a few minutes late can disrupt further appointments. Dogs being collected more that 15 minutes late may inccur a late collection fee of £5 and £5 per 15 minutes there after, unless there are exceptional circumstances and you have already let me know.
